Trainer/External Training Dept. for permanent position. This person will
conduct effective client training classes on all company software throughout
the country as assigned. They will also be responsible for the following:
determing the course content and work on the development of training
documentation for existing products working with SMEs and training technical
writers. This includes the creation and updating of data for all the training
programs. Manage the class data for all company products; ensure that all
training classes are successfully set-up for installation and data both in the
company training centers and regionally; conduct on-site training at client
sites based on availability or client requests; conduct internal training for
products as scheduled to gain product knowledge to effectively train external
market clients; and work with team to create training documentation in
